Series 3000 Plate Clarifier - High Flow
Our Series 3000 inclined plate clarifier is a high capacity system for rapid removal of heavy and floating solids. The Series 3000 is constructed of structural steel with an interior liner for corrosion resistance. The plate-pack is constructed of all polypropylene for long life and ease of wash down. We have incorporated polymer blending cells, 500 micron screen separator for floating solids and a high capacity sludge settling section.

Series 3100 Plate Clarifier - Low Flow
The IPEC Series 3100 is a high efficiency continuous flowing clarifier for flow rates from 0-15 gpm. The 3100 is constructed of all 1/2 white polypropylene. The plate-pack is also constructed of all polypropylene for long life and ease of wash down. We have incorporated a polymer blending cell, 25 micron screen separator for floating solids, and a sludge settling section.

Interceptor - Recycler
The IPEC Series 5000VR is designed to intercept suspended solids and recycle the rinse water back to its source. The unit incorporates gravity settling and pressure filtration in one system. This is an ideal system for recycling vibratory, tumble and deburing wastewaters that generate large quantities of sludge. The system can be used with a filter press for even greater efficiencies.
