I-Press Filter Press
The I-Press is our manual, hydraulic closure, filter press that can dewater sludges to as much as 60% solids, about the consistency of moist clay. This unit includes all gasket-ed / polypropylene filter plates.
Unlike other brands the I-Press is shipped with a 1'' thermo-plastic air diaphragm feed pump and sludge-dry air blow-down feature. The system is completely pre-built and piped in a structural steel frame and tested in our facility prior to shipment. The I-Press comes in 0.5, 1, 1.5 or 2 cubic foot models.

Replacement Filter Press Plates
IPEC filter plates are standard and interchangeable with most manufacturers of filter presses. All plates that we sell are high strength injection molded polypropylene.
These filter plates are for center-feed / full gasketed / four corner discharge style presses. They come with molded handles and gaskets. Please call or e-mail us with any special or unusual configurations. For End-Plates, please specify Head or Tail.

Replacement Filter Cloths for Press Plates
IPEC Supplies replacement filter cloths for IPEC filter presses. Our standard design is for center-feed plates and the filters are made of tight weave (25cfm) polypropylene fabric. They come with fitted gaskets sewn into the filter for ease of installation. For replacement filters for End Plates, please specify whether a Head or Tail plate cloth is required.
